Flat-spline installation

Our flat-spline installation secures the screen to the frame. This warranty covers separation and spline retraction caused by our workmanship.

We make covered repairs right

If our workmanship fails within the 10-year term, we return to repair the covered issue, including labor, at no charge.

Even one replacement panel is covered.

You do not need a full rescreen to qualify. Every eligible panel we replace receives the same 10-year no-pull workmanship warranty.

What’s covered & what’s not

Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers eligible flat-spline screen installations, roof installations, and gutter installations, starting on the installation date. Coverage applies to the work we performed as documented in your verified quote. Screen “no-pull” terms apply to eligible flat-spline screens. This is not an all-damage or lifetime materials guarantee.

  • Full-cage flat-spline rescreen installations
  • Roof installation workmanship for 10 years from installation

  • Workmanship defects in installed sections, including installation-caused frame damage
  • Labor for covered repairs at no additional charge
  • Transferable to the new homeowner upon sale

What’s not covered

  • External impact damage, including falling branches and debris
  • Excessive force by people, pets, or other animals
  • Acts of God, including hurricanes, tropical storms, and tornadoes
  • Round-spline screen installations (screen no-pull coverage only)
  • Pre-existing damage present at installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications by others
  • Normal wear and tear, UV degradation, and material fading
